Participation information

What this site does

This is a static introduction and guide. Its own pages do not create accounts, collect form submissions, store card details, accept offers, reserve inventory or process payments. Inventory captures show the Cossad interface with sample data.

Participation enquiries are made by email to info@cossad.com. The mail links open your email application. Avoid sending sensitive personal documents or account and payment credentials.

Before a real trade

Business verification, Seller pilot eligibility, sale-request review and the required payment-account checks are separate. An invitation or an enquiry is not approval to trade. Account access and LIVE financial execution remain controlled separately from this introduction.

Fees and amounts

The standard Seller fee is 8% of merchandise across product categories. Shipping paid by the Buyer and separately charged tax are excluded from that fee base. A rate already agreed and stored for a transaction remains the rate shown for that transaction.

The Buyer pays the agreed shipping amount. The order’s merchandise, shipping, tax, fee and Seller proceeds must be reviewed separately before payment. A displayed Seller proceeds amount is not proof of a bank payout.

Payment, delivery and issues

Payment confirmation, shipping, Buyer receipt and bank payout are separate milestones. Cossad does not provide escrow. An offer acceptance, label or carrier scan alone does not confirm payment or Buyer receipt.

Order issues are submitted for Cossad review. A report or return approval alone does not mean a refund is complete; any eligible refund follows the order’s required review, return and verified payment-provider steps.
